Update on Melissa:
Melissa is spending more and more time being alert and wanting her mom's constant presence near her. This is such a wonderful thing.
She is also drinking, drinking, drinking!!!
Patti (her mom) stopped by briefly yesterday as I was on my way out to take the kids to school. She was just getting into town from the hospital (it is an hour away).
I hope to talk with her more tomorrow.
